Organized work schedules, knowledgeable coworkers, good discount on equipment and services and a good work space, The is a structure to the company even though they provide tons of services.

Cons

limited upward positions, and Ritz decided to file for bankruptcy and closed several stores and fired countless employees without warning, The only people protected were the owners and the legacy employees. Be careful, they will look for any reason to fire you if they need to free up money.
