Great place to begin a career in retail

Pros

Lots of fun toys to play with and potentially a great atmosphere to work in. You also have the ability to control your own income.

Cons

The senior management team does not require a degree to be in the position and it sometimes shows. There can be pettiness in their decision making and choices for promotions. Product availability is determined by company success, and you are always fighting to keep the company in business.
