Pros

This is a big company, so it's possible to try a different location, globally. Which presents a lot of opportunities to travel. However, the work hours and requirements can be long and physically demanding depending on your position.

Cons

The "bones" of the company are very professional, have clear-cut expectations, and are organized. There is an employer promise and measures to ensure warmth and positive team collaboration. But this location doesn't always hold to its original values. This is primarily reflected in senior leadership. However, due to the pressures of the position, it's unclear if this could be a staffing issue or if overall support by structures is even higher.
