Pros

The Ritz Carlton Brand carries heritage and prestige which future employers might find attractive. You can Expect within a few months of working there that your whole team will have quit so you’re always getting to know new people.

Cons

The Terrible pay (minimum wage) while expecting the staff to outperform every other hotel in the market and commit mind body and soul to the hotel, it’s impossible to get leave or particular days off approved. If you are employed to work part time, they will roster you on 5-6 days a week and make you feel ungrateful when you ask questions about it. The teams are all under staffed and no one seems to be in charge, care about the employees or even even see you as a person, aside from one or two of the supervisors who are actually decent humans the whole thing is remarkable (in a real bad way) The culture in this place is pure evil, do not believe a thing they tell you in the interview…

Pros

It was a great honor for me to be a member of the Ritz Carlton team. I have gained a lot of experience working in this Business hotel.

Cons

The height of the building is 39 floors. The hotel rooms were found from the 21st to the 27th floor, so no matter how fast the elevators were, there were cases when we did not have time to get on time
