Pros

Great insurance benefits and coworkers

Cons

Micromanage everything. They expect a lot with very little pay. No room for job growth. The guidance team and HR department play favorites when it comes to jobs.

Pros

Working for the Ritz-Carlton (Marriott International) has incredible benefits that encourage a strong work ethic such as amazing healthcare, numerous options for career growth within the company throughout the world, and employee discounts at any Marriott hotel in the world. Depending on what your position entails and what department you work in, your schedule has a high possibility of being flexible.

Cons

The entry level positions offer a great quality of life balance; however, the pay is very minimal. The higher up the corporate ladder you climb, the pay increases but your quality of life tends to decrease. Many of the employees tend to have the snoody, arrogant mindset and feel they are on a higher level because they "work for The Ritz-Carlton."
