Pros

Absolutely no pros in that property where the leadership was extremely poor in many aspects

Cons

Everything was about cutting costs at every level, down to a certain point where the work of our team and colleagues was becoming chaos management on a daily basis. Guests are paying sometimes $2000 a night to receive the experience they would have in a Courtyard for a tenth of the price!

Pros

Managers will recognize you if you get good feedback from guests. , the pay is not bad, There are always extra hours to work, overall positive atmosphere.

Cons

its easy to "live at work" per se. If you demonstrate to be a hard working individual who connects with guests and pays attention to detail, Managers will continually ask for you and it is easy to get burnt out.
