Pros

Great on boarding/training process, great young fast paced environment.

Cons

In hospitality you'll always have a few crazies you work with, but that's everywhere. Also if you're working the front desk you'll end up being the punching bag for guests every once and a while.

Pros

During the winter there is a lot of money to be made, its a beautiful location to work at, benefits are great.

Cons

Pooling tips with other servers is frustrating. Especially during the winter when you’re working 10-15 hour days and you have to pool with servers not pulling their weight. In the winter it’s hard to drive up to the hotel because of the snow. Lots of accidents happen on that road. Upper Management acts like they are there for you but they will listen and do nothing.

Pros

Great location, beautiful building, great food.

Cons

Unless you are management you are nothing. Get used to defending yourself and always have EVERYTHING in writing. They are pros of set ups.
