Pros

Great structure, benefits, and culture. Encouraged growth for internal ladies and gentlemen.

Cons

Emphasizing internal growth may lead to favoritism on the property level and lack of new ideas

Pros

Very nice property, friendly coworkers, meet interesting guests

Cons

No performance raises, expectations are high but compensation is low, work/life balance is not optimal(you will see coworkers more than family).

Pros

Ritz Carlton and Marriott have great training and benefits.

Cons

This property is only concerned with bottom line. Very unhappy place to work to much pressure not enough help. Run on fear concept can't keep good people.
