Pros

Amazing property and facilities. Good tips to compensate for a low salary if they can manage to increase occupancy.

Cons

Leadership manages poorly due to the lack of opportunities for locals to grow from within. Most leadership comes from Europe, which makes it difficult to establish consistency in services and products. By the time they adjust and get to know the property and operations they are leaving for another position.

Pros

This is the most amazing company to work for across any industry. Leaders fully understand what it means to have that title and invest in you all the time. Lots of opportunity to advance and learn new things along your career path and they promote from within, if you earn it. They value you, no matter what your job is, makes you feel great to come to work.

Cons

Long hours and can be hectic, but if you love it, it is fun!
