Pros

Ability to take on as much as you want. If you do a good job you will be given more work, and more experience will lead to a promotion.

Cons

Cannot get promoted unless there is a position available. Not a lot of creativity involved. No windows in offices. Cubicles.

Pros

Friendly and professional place to work. A great place to start a career in the hospitality industry. Management is friendly and very understanding.

Cons

Not much to say. You do have to work weekends and holidays. But if you plan on going into the hospitality industry that is just a given.
