Pros

Flexibility is encouraged Nice warm welcome on board for new staff Some benefits are great . Learning is allowed Diversity and culture not valued as per the gold standards

Cons

Place to work no growth , it takes a long time to grow career wise and other policy are not implemented but they are on paper. The welcome onboard is great but the fond farewell for staff is pathetic.

Pros

The company is very structured and the training are very helpful. You learn time management and discipline. You must be very accepting of very high levels of expectations from your part.

Cons

Because it is a very structured company, sometimes they do go a bit overboard with indoctrination of the Ritz-Carlton culture. Also, they tend to do too many training session one after the other, if you are not capable of grasping things rapidly, you will either fall behind or you will have to study at home.
