Pros

Well structured company. Great benefits and 401k matching. Great training programs. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

Long hours and working on weekends frequently. Moving heaven and earth for clients means a lot of work and many difficult clients.

Pros

Good for younger team members, get to work with a very well known company that has a lot of history

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth within the position. Mostly a fear run company rather than run on positivity.

Pros

Excellent benefits Excellent support for employees - you always felt like the company had your back Some of the best supervisors and managers that I ever worked for Great work / life balance with plenty of flexible shifts that allowed for a lot of fun Great relationships with other vendors in town

Cons

Corporate had asinine goals for recording guest preferences and issues in an archaic and ridiculously slow system Other properties might not be as great to work for General Manager next door at the hotel was very antagonistic
