Pros

The Ritz-Carlton values their employees and makes them their top priority. The hotels are beautiful and most everyone is proud to work for such a prestigious company.

Cons

You will be expected to put forth 200% effort, all the time. Excellence is hard work.

Good job to have

Pros

Weekly pay is fantastic. Also, the heavy discounts are a great perk to have! Especially if you work in the spa

Cons

There's definitely a food chain when it comes to how others are treated. Jobs such as management, security, and front desk are treated like gold while others (housekeeping, spa valet, and laundry) are treated like dirt.
