Pros

Promotes career growth for their internal employees first. HR creates plenty of activities to get employees together outside of work. Offers great benefits in terms of healthcare, travel discounts and more.

Cons

Have to adhere to strict rules and regulations set out by corporate office. At times, people are not given the appropriate recognition for their hard work.
