Pros

The other employees are very friendly and you get free lunch during your 1/2 hour break

Cons

Management are unreceptive when you go to them for help. Going through the "chain of command" is useless and the open door policy means nothing if there isn't anyone there. If they want you gone, they will turn their backs on you when you go to them for help

Good Employer - Employee Relations

Pros

Open door policy, where there is no definite line between the employer and the employee, everyone is open to teach or share about their working experience in the company.

Cons

Minimal progression due to the limited opportunity growth, despite the adequate trainings provided by the company.
