Pros

we are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen

Cons

Working for a smaller employer has advantages and disadvantages. Work roles at small companies are often less specialized than at larger firms allowing employees to wear more hats, interact with staff in more functional areas in these smaller work environments and get a better big picture view of operations. Unlike Ritz Carlton.

Pros

You learn a lot about the company's culture, standards and values. This brand is very focused on its clients, so I believe it is an excellent opportunity if you want to launch your career in this industry - it really trains you well!

Cons

While some people may claim that the working hours are long, I believe this only applies to certain operational departments and also it comes and goes with seasonality - it is part of the industry, it is not necessarily a con.
