Pros

Fantastic benefits. The clientele is mostly high end and grateful for the level of service

Cons

Incredibly long hours and ever changing staff. Most FD agents just see their position as a stepping stone so there is constant retraining.

Pros

great company benefits paid vacation traveling was easy with room rates.

Cons

I was with the company for 3 years.. everyday of the 3 years I was treated like a dog. even when I was pregnant. no respect what so ever for anyone. I finally left the company with a heavy heart but head held high.. if they didn't want you working there.. they found a way to get you out.. Dirty Dirty.
