*Good employee benefits (though compensation can be low) *Training opportunities

Cons

*Overworked, under compensated *Likely property specific, but work environment is highly dysfunctional *Total lack of inter-departmental collaboration *Cost saving measures have drastically reduced the size of teams; consequentially departments are stretched far too thin *Company rests on the cache of the company name, but fails to deliver to guests or take care of their Ladies and Gentlemen
