Pros

Benefits are good, they work with my schedule. Management is focused on employee well-being.

Cons

lay offs happen occasionally, but they are predictable and temporary and they are good about making sure you get unemployment during that time.

Pros

Where do you start..... the list is long, however to sum it up: Working for a family owned company that truly cares about their employees is amazing. They are constantly making updates to improve the working environment and creating a culture that is unlike any other in our area. I look forward to continuing my career and growing with the company.

Cons

Every place has cons so is it even worth mentioning the small details that in your opinion may not be how you would do something or want something?
