People are great, Upper Management is meh

Pros

Co-workers were great to work with. I'm still proud of the work my team and I did.

Cons

Upper management will put their beliefs and profits over any of their employees. They will often tell customers something is possible despite their teams telling them it isn't, and then tell their teams to "make it work" because they are afraid of saying the word "no" and possibly losing a sale.

Pros

Nice facilities, if outdated a bit.

Cons

Expect full commitment. They come first. Jobs often outside your field. Pay isn't great, nor are the benefits. Owners micromanage like crazy.

Good company to work for

Pros

Benefits are good, they work with my schedule. Management is focused on employee well-being.

Cons

lay offs happen occasionally, but they are predictable and temporary and they are good about making sure you get unemployment during that time.
