Great people there. Lack of structure.

Pros

CEO and VP of PS are great guys, and very approachable. Work hard and produce results, and you'll get noticed. I met a lot of great people there. Lots of freedom to work without feeling micro-managed.

Cons

Competency and results are rewarded with an unmanageable workload. HR is terrible. If you travel a lot, it's out of your pocket, and reimbursement is slow and sometimes non-existent. Too much focus on closing licensing deals, and not enough on ensuring successful implementations. Poor benefits.

Pros

The group of people I work with are friendly, ambitious and forward thinking. Not only do I perform my role but I get to work in other areas that has helped me expand my skill set.

Cons

Very fast paced environment and you have to be able to multi-task.

Pros

There is none to share. Oh by the way the reviews with all stars, and all superb comments definitely made by the HRs.

Cons

No professionalism. No respect. No value for talent. No proper planning.
