so called VP is worst and that is the main reason why company is not growing, poor management, no value for your hard work, not at all worried about employees, I would request you guys not to join this company as your career growth will land in wrong persons hand.

Please do not believe the positive reviews here, they are written by HR team/junior employees (who are forced to give 5 star rating with fake designations). All important and good employees have left the organisation in past 5 months. Riversand was acquired by a company called Syndigo. It was a good company before but not anymore. It is a classic example of how acquisition can kill a good company. New company lacks vision. Work life balance is a joke! You will have to end up working 24/7. Even if you complain that your health is not good. New HR team is confused, grumpy and useless!! They cheat you when it comes to bonus / appraisal. They do not pay anything close to market standards. Fake promises are made every year. Bengaluru has many companies, please do not waste your time joining here. It is not the product company you are expecting it to be anymore.
