- Nice Work Environment. - Better locality. - Good Management Employee relations. - Work Timings based on your client and convenience. - Cultural and Social activities. - Provides a platform to share your knowledge and make better use of it in right areas.

- Best place for workaholic, responsible, hard working & innovative people.

Pros

-Many Opportunities; ability and skills are more important than age or even years of exp. -Mostly the latest technology -On site trips -Good domain and feature rich product -Small company so you can interact with the directors, product managers, architects or even the CTO and gain good knowledge -Learn on the field, be a warrior (it's a pro if you like it, con if not)

Cons

-Runs too fast, too harsh working environments sometimes. -Can't decide on a single policy or a process yet - things keep changing -Stability of the product is an issue -Training material and environment is not good enough

Pros

Good work environment, its a place where you can learn more, will get opportunity to sharpen your skills. Lot of challenging works, if you do good, company will recognize your efforts and give more opportunities. As Riversand is growing, you will get chance to help company in lot of areas. Good Company to work, recently management has changed completely which is going in better path. If you perform well, will get opportunities to visit client on-site.

Cons

As a small company and its keep growing, company has to hire better people who can contribute and help company in all aspects. Riversand started doing this now. Work balance was less, seems like this will be balanced in couple of months. We can expect this in every small company.
