The pros are that you get a paycheck

overworked, under paid, extreme micro management, cutting benefits, long hours, no work life balance, no direction, very disorganized.

currently there are no pro's for this company.

Cons

They need to be consistent in their applying of policies. They tell employees that they are expected to work weekends but if you don't work M-F they deduct pay and short you on vacation pay when you leave.
