Good pay and benefits. Fantastic presence of site lead.

Cons

The administration side of the house had no knowledge of employee's scheduling.

There is a ton of confusion and a lot of rules when doing government work, blech.

Although there are several rules to follow when performing government work, specific processes are developed so that jobs are accomplished appropriately and confidentiality is maintained.
