All employees can begin taking advantage of our 403(b) contributory retirement income plan on their date of hire. After a year of employment, the company will contribute a certain percentage of an employee’s salary into a non-contributory retirement plan. Pros

I have worked here going on 5 years and have seen many changes, both good and bad. Many more good changes than bad changes. It appears that the company is striving towards continuing to make this an outstanding company to work at. It appears to me that our new President has a good grasp on taking our company to the next level.

Cons

Don't have any cons at this time other than I would like to see a flexible schedule where we would be able to work 4 tens or a 9/80 schedule. I think this would put our company over the top.

Pros

Great teams and collaboration. Robust benefit package. Lots of company events & eating is a great pastime

Cons

Large employee based on contracts so sometimes we lose great people. A lot of processes & systems are not fully functioning which can cause delays & frustration
