Pros

Not many recently. Maybe good upside from a stock perspective given the low stock price.

Cons

Where do I begin. Incompetent middle/upper management and executive team. Poor long term incentives. Terrible culture within and between teams. No exemplification if touted culture by executives. Promises made be leadership team that are reversed quickly or before those promises were ever even attempted. Inefficiencies all over the place with no action from leadership to fix them. Amazing policies to claw back cash spend, like eliminating cups in the coffee rooms and keeping travel per diem below federal rates while continuing to blow crazy amounts on travel and expedite fees to meet timelines that are a joke. The list goes on… what was a once fun, promising, innovative place to work has become a prison.

Pros

High pay for no experience Lots of OT means big checks

Cons

-80 hour weeks -management lies and breaks promises constantly -work on holidays including Xmas and NYE -promotions almost entirely based on favoritism and how much of a yes man you're willing to be rather than qualification -management sets unrealistic targets and blames floor workers when they're not met

Pros

new features to a car

Cons

Employees with couple of years lifted heavy weight to build what is currently standing on the vehicles and the company by working around the clock from their house during covid, new people come and complain about the "mess" they find and take all the credit for the work of few. There is a huge sense of pride and some managers are not humble at all and make their ways up in the orgchart by removing human obstacles out of their way.... I guess stock from 170 down to 13 tells the story better than me
