- Promotion Opportunities early on within the company - Many different roles - Quick response time/feedback in the interview process - Fantastic company benefits - Working in downtown Pittsburgh with Market Square a block away - Fantastic views of Pittsburgh from the 33rd Floor - Working with motivated individuals who want to succeed and will push you to be better as well - Hard-working and kind employees who consider everyone in the organization at all times

Cons

- Most likely having to pay for a bus pass or parking downtown (but that's a # of jobs)

Given that we are located in downtown Pittsburgh, parking has always been a challenge for our employees, as we do not have a designated area. Most importantly, we have recently implemented a Commuter Benefits Program to off-set many of the costs and inconveniences. We continue to revise and develop our training programs to provide the most relevant, waste and recycling industry information available. People I work with every day are enjoyable to be around and are the main reason I have enjoyed working at RoadRunner so much. I also really appreciated their interview and recruiting process it was very quick and efficient. I would recommend RoadRunner to anyone looking for entry level sales experience. You get the necessary training and skills to be successful in a sales role and have an opportunity to better your skills every day in a fun,competitive, and friendly environment

Cons

Commission structure could be more lucrative and I wish the base pay were higher. Other than that working at RoadRunner has been an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a sales job or for a job right out of school

RoadRunner has an abundance of pros that are presented during the interview process such as: room for growth, benefits, competitive pay, etc but the one that got my attention the most was the people and how compassionate everyone is.
