      Hired quickly, provides remote work equipment, fully remote work, team based cohort training, no weekends

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover rate, my entire cohort and others were in the job less than three months, lack of transparency between being a fully vested (graduated) employee and being in the training phase, high sales quota and self driven marketing lead style
