Pros

This company truly cares for the employees. You are not a number here they really do want to see you succeed and will do everything they can to ensure that occurs. They LOVE feedback - any feedback they will take under advisement and figure out how they can implement that feedback. They are constantly working on how to make work and the company culture better for every individual. The benefits are 100% covered by the company which is incredible!

Cons

Sometimes some moving targets in terms of goals but that is dependent based on all the feedback received and how they are trying to create change and implement new ideas.

Pros

There isn’t enough space in this box to share all the positives I’ve experienced at RoadRunnner. They allow you to work a flex schedule and get done at noon on Fridays. RoadRunnner gives a generous 401k match and the earring ability is uncapped. RoadRunnner pays 100% of the employees health insurance and 70% for your family members. Finally RoadRunnner staff cares very much about the quality of life for the employees and gives you very flexible work life balance.

Cons

I’m not saying there aren’t any cons at all but personally I have not experienced any!

Pros

People are great - the training is VERY extensive and people are extremely nice. There are a lot of people you can reach out to for help. They will walk you through the entire process very thoroughly and it helps you truly learn the company

Cons

You are basically on a short term contract unless you pass their training calss which is about 2 months of work. If you dont hit the metrics they expect in 2 months, you will be laid off. The metrics to hit can definitely be tough, especially because a lot of it relies on other people doing their jobs
