Pros

Very flexible work from home positions, you don't have to go into the office if you don't want to. Good benefits and PTO Can be hired and trained with minimal experience, making this a great place to start your career. Company culture is great, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Cons

No room for growth. Positions that were originally hired as salary somehow transitioned to hourly, meaning most employees (despite WFH) have to punch a time clock and as a result paychecks/pay periods can vary quite a bit. Had I known my own position was going to end up being hourly, I would not have accepted the job. Pay is not that great as far as industry standards, but as I said already it's mostly good for entry level positions.
