Pros
I started working with the company straight out of college and I have been working with them for over 2 years. In that time I have felt valued and appreciated. As a BDR your day consists of finding business that we can reach out to as well as contacting these companies to learn more about their set up and how we can save them money and help them recycle. The hardest part of the job can be working through the day when you have had a hard time on the phone. This is where our managers and peers (co-workers) have such a positive aspect. Everyone around you and on your team will do what they can to help you. Along with your sales coach you also have a mentor who has worked hard in their role and their numbers prove that. It is very clear that everyone around you is willing to help.
The environment in RoadRunner is full of motivated and productive individuals. We celebrate each others wins and work to improve when need be. We also value the competitiveness in everyone with games and challenges to increase our motivation.
I have learned numerous skills in my time at RoadRunner. Including being resourceful, time management, confidence, organization and most importantly how to become a better leader. My managers have treated me with respect and you can tell from the start that they want you to succeed. Along with immediate managers our VP of Inside Sales and CEO have an open door policy and are always willing to listen to ideas or again lend a helping hand.
