After 13 years at RHI as a senior recruiter, I resigned. I knew I was always just a number and no matter how many millions I made for them in perm recruiting - finance and accounting - every month you started again at zero and nothing before that mattered. The day I left the company was the day after my miscarriage at 15 weeks. They were fully aware of the pregnancy and miscarriage and I still met my monthly quota, but when I came back - I was not only given no time off and zero sympathy, but I was brought in a room and reprimanded for the # of interview I had completed the month before and told I had to complete double the # of interviews that month to make up for my deficiency. I've been embarrassed for years to speak out about this, but it should be known. This is a terrible company to work for and you can ask anyone there that it's a revolving door, but decisions are made at the top - not in your own branch and you are just a number to them no matter what you do or have done. I'm proud of the decision I made that day to go to another company. No one should have to endure that type of stress and complete unappreciation from all management all levels.

They don't pay well and do not give raises. I received a perfect review and they only offered me a 3% raise - that doesn't even cover the cost of living.... Also, even though they say you can stay on the bench .... You can't, ther is a time limit and its about 4 weeks. So, if they don't find you a client to go to by then then you don't get paid.
