Pros

There are no pros that I can think of.

Cons

The biggest that I had with this company was the lack of professional management, and who they hired as recruiters and sales people. The office is one big giant open room, with the type of cubicles where you are directly next to and also in front of another person. The level of immaturity at this company was literally unbelievable. Grown adults would fight and argue, and talk/make fun of each other behind each other's back, but when in front of that person they act as if they are friends. It was the most disgusting place I've ever been in, both inside or outside the workplace. Elementary students or a welfare office had a higher level of maturity than all of the employees here. Also you are expected to work hard. Ridiculously hard, I'm talking 7:30am to 6pm. I am so happy that I left. I now make more money, work half the hours, from home. Ahhhhh.

Pros

Nice and clean building. Benefits are decent but not great compared to other companies.

Cons

There’s a lot of favoritism there, especially in the HR department. They talk about diversity and inclusion but do not practice it. When they promote in the department it’s mostly older white Women. Age, sex, marital status and ethnicity play a big role there. Mostly white ethnicity have manager roles, racism is seen here. Honestly do not recommend working here if you’re looking for career growth. Also their employee recognition program is a joke and managers don’t care about work/place balance.

Pros

It will launch your recruiting career, you learn a lot in a quick period of time, you can make a lot of commission if you are good at it

Cons

very political work environment, must make alliances or become friends with the right people in order to move up, very low salary, micromanaging structured work days by all management, very competitive (dog-eat-dog structure), if you don't produce money for the company they have no loyalty towards you, very difficult to succeed
