      Pros

      Good opportunity for recent college grads to get exposure to different industries and companies.

      Cons

      FOR RECENT GRADS: Do note that Robert Half isn't the only staffing company out there. You are paying this company out of your paycheck to get you a job. I have worked with different staffing agencies, but Robert Half take the biggest cut out of your paycheck compared to others. I understand that many recent grads aren't as picky about their starting salary, but there is always a better option out there. So do your research. Good luck :)

      They really do try and get you into positions that you have qualified for. Also when one assignment ends, they will find you another position quickly.

      Cons

      They are one the most expensive agencies ~ meaning the company you are assigned to will be paying office team $18 per hour for your position, but office team will only be paying you $11 per hour...

      None. Period. This was the worst job imaginable on several levels. I dreaded coming to work on a daily basis. See cons below.

      Management - completely clueless and really unethical. Work/life balance. They say this is better than other agencies. I didn't see that at all. If you left before 5:30 you would hear about it. No repeat clients/customers. The account management team thinks they RHT is better than the competition and gouges their customers to the point that they won't come back for more after one placement. The applicant tracking system was pathetic - it was clunky and ugly. Not user friendly. Get out of the 90s. Completely immature working environment. While I was there I knew of at least 6 other recruiters looking to leave. It was a complete disaster of a company and everyone was miserable other than the branch manager, division directors, and new hires who didn't realize they hated it yet. Run from this place as fast as you can.
