Pros

Division of Robert Half-well known/established company. You can make a lot of money.

Cons

Horrible management system. ZERO integrity Allows the employees that are making the most money, to do whatever they want and speak however they want to other coworkers. Very cliquey! Always micromanaged and talked down to. Not a warm welcoming environment at all! There is no such thing as a team, EVERYEONE works against each other. 98%of employees there are money hungry and will do anything to get above the person next to them, on their team, and or any other team in Robert Half. Not the kind of place you want to work, extraordinary amount of stress and tension. Upper management doesn't do anything about issues. All they care about is money. No loyalty to the people that are working for them. If you don't believe me, look up how JUST how much turnover they have and also speak to someone who actually worked there. All their stories will be the same.

Pros

Experience. Gaining experience for the position. That is all I can and will say about this company. Mostly, the particular office I worked for.

Cons

Micromanaging, no professionalism, belittling in front of coworkers, lack of communication between staff. No respect for other staff members. Boston area office needs a serious turnover of management.

Pros

1.The drama! You get to go home and discuss the drama, the gossip, the fights, the dysfunction! 2. Meeting great clients and candidates 3. Quitting or getting fired. Walking out knowing you'll never have to work there again.

Cons

1.The drama! You get to go home and discuss the drama, the gossip, the fights, the dysfunction! 2. Being set up to compete with your peers if you want to be successful-The first thing they tell you is to run your co-workers job orders and call their clients to see if you can work on that job, too. 3. Indiscreet management-Sadly, those who are getting fired are the last to know because the management has told everyone except the person who is getting fired. Be careful what you share to regional leadership. When she smack talks others to you, she smack talks you to others. 4. The destruction of your confidence and self-esteem-You can be a top producer and still never have it be good enough. 5. Being held to the "back when I worked in this office" stories. That was 14 years ago. You have no frame of reference for what it is like to work in an office anymore. You are so disconnected because you can't bother to spend time with your producers to know how much the staffing business has changed. 6. They love the "Robert Half Look" -Meaning, you are attractive, dress nicely, nod and smile when senior management drops their outdated nuggets of advice and you absolutely treat senior management like the sun rises and sets on them.
