      Unlimited career progression potential Opportunity to work for a genuinely successful recruitment firm You will become a far stronger recruiter with great coaching and a culture where nothing is left to chance Incredible incentives on offer. If you perform, you really get looked after from black tie events at the Savoy to a week in Las Vegas treated like a rock star. Their best people rarely leave. The only recruitment firm to own a Consulting firm Genuine career mobility. People frequently move country and this is encouraged.

      Pros

      Robert Half has been an incredible experience for me. Being part of a huge global company gives you the ability to move anywhere in the world and get financially rewarded for it. I genuinely feel that I work with a company which really invests in you and your career. Since joining I've undergone endless hours and days to develop my career and have had the opportunity to attend our Reach for the Stars event in Las Vegas- something everyone should aspire to!

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours can be exhausting. You will WORK here. No question about that. There is a reason Robert Half is the biggest and best in the industry. So if you are not game for coming in early and leaving late whilst running a full desk of candidates and business development, then this is NOT the place for you
