      Pros

      Great people. Excellent rewards for top performance. Unparalleled opportunities for progression both internationally and nationally. Fun working environment. RH truly operates in an ethical and best practice way. Training and business model are the best in the business.

      Cons

      Long working hours. Not a problem if you enjoy what your do! Pressure.Its a Sales environment, there are KPI's to hit, and there is pressure to do this. if you don't want to work in this way then this is not the environment for you. if you can operate in this environment and succeed then the opportunities and rewards will be there.

      Pros

      I've worked for a mixture of companies including SME's and large blue chips. This is the first company I've worked for that truly does reward you for your hard work and determination. I know that the more work I put in, the more I get out and the rewards are outstanding. On top of an excellent bonus structure, the management constantly do everything they can to make you feel valued. From DM to VP, the appreciation for your personal input is communicated continuously. I am lucky to work in a great team with colleagues who support me and make everyday enjoyable in spite of some of the pressures.

      Cons

      With any sales role, there is pressure to perform. We have tough KPI's but they are achievable if you're determined to succeed.

      Pros

      I want to thank my Managers for the unique opportunity. Robert Half and the leadership team for the South have looked after me really well, and wouldn’t want to work for anyone else. So far this year I have received multiple awards, given access to exceptional training and support, and feel that my hard work is recognized on a daily basis. I am paid well for my sales successes, and have just returned from a free trip to Brazil!

      Cons

      When you sign up to Robert Half, you work hard, long hours and under pressure to perform. If you are an over achiever then this is the place for you!
