      Pros

      If this is your first job out of university then you might get an idea of how to work in a very autocratic KPI driven business!

      Cons

      They are so focused on numbers (revenue, KPI's, the time you arrive and leave the office) it's forgotten about trying to actually provide a good work environment! Peoples glum faces as they sat at their desks making pointless calls to achieve KPIs so they can keep their job. Many sold the dream of making a fortune but really will never get there.

      Long hours when necessary, no different to any other corporate agency.
