      Pros

      Good compensation, while it lasted.

      Cons

      Despite being assured that bench time would always be paid, I was asked to take weeks unpaid (over the phone, nothing in writing, very sketchy). The next time I was on the bench, I was made to take PTO and then laid off when I was on the bench "too long." I really regret taking this job.

      Pros

      Could make a decent amount of money if you’re a sleazy sales person

      Cons

      Completely trick people into not thinking this is just a sales job. They basically just throw any single person at their open jobs to see who sticks for the lowest hourly rate offered to make them the most money, not the best fit for the company searching for someone. You are required to make 70+ calls a day AND every move you make is tracked. They wound up forcing an in office model after telling everyone recently hired they would be remote.

      If you grew up in a military academy, you'll fit in.

      Pros

      There are some genuinely nice people that are willing to help you out. Profitably company.

      Cons

      Leadership chooses sides, and it's their way or the highway. Just like a military academy. They say they've never had mass layoffs, but will let people go on a whim for whatever reason they choose. A person I started with was let go a little over a month after starting, because their old manager left, and new manager didn't like them. Robert Half spits people out faster then they bring them in.
