      Helped me build cold calling skills.

      Cons

      High turnover (7 of my team of 14 were gone in the 6 months I was there). Cut-throat environment; someone literally stole a high-value call list off the printer and I found it on his desk. Pride themselves on being 'sharks' One person even bragged about getting shingles from the stress when she first started. Few trainers- about 1 trainer for every 2000 employees if memory serves me correctly.

      Internal Management - Worst Place I Have Ever Worked

      Pros

      The People I worked with were awesome. I am still close with many of them several years after the fact. That was the only perk about this sweatshop.

      Cons

      There is ZERO work-life balance. 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday? Um, no thanks. If you weren't in by 7:45am you got the stink eye. If you leave before 6:30pm, you were looked at like a slacker. Although they sell you this "amazing training experience", in reality it happens to consist of a bunch of conference calls led by has-beens. Oh yeah, and they pay you on a draw after a year. Get real!

      A few nice people around the office, fun downtown location.

      Cons

      You are set up to fail from day 1. No training, hostile management, extreme unprofessionalism. Management picks favorites, and shuns the rest. The Account Execs do not care about the candidates, all they care about is the bottom line and leads for themselves. You are told daily how much you suck, but are not recognized for any achievments. Requests for help are met with frustration, and threats are made if you are not meeting expectations. If you go here expect to be on an island by yourself. This is the worst company that I have ever worked for, period.
