      Pros

      Struggle to think of any. It feels likes a 90's brokerage - cold calling for hours on end, awful work life balance and no diversity

      Cons

      Awful culture, the sales staff are selfish and only out for themselves, happy to stab you in the back for a deal. Even worse this is encouraged by the director group. Incredibly unethical management team. "whatever it takes" or "get it done regardless" are the only phrases in their vocabulary. Extremely aggressive management style. I've seen too many consultants shouted at on desk by the directors (one consultant was even brought to tears!!)

      trial by fire - if you survive, you can thrive in practically any other environment!

      Cons

      endless corporate jargon and meetings that could have been emails trainings that actually add zero value to your skill set Micro managey!!!! You'll be underutilized, underpaid and underappreciated

      Pros

      You can make a ton of money if you are good at your job and have a good team.

      Cons

      If you have a greedy team or a bad manager this place is hard. They like to promote really really young people into management and then offer then no training so some teams have a TON of turnover, not because it's a bad company, they just like to promote the wrong people.
