Pros

The hiring process is usually very quick. I've been placed in a role within 2-3 days of submission, and never less than a week and a half. Often, no interview is required and I can be placed directly into the role. Recruiters seriously consider the needs & preferences of their candidates when offering roles for submission. I have had 7 contracts through Robert Half, and each role felt like it was chosen specifically for me. Considerations recruiters apply can be anything from salary to conversion rate to company culture & workplace values. My recruiters know I prefer remote roles, and they work across teams to find the ones best suited for me. Candidates are advocated for when workplace issues arise. When harassment became an issue for me at a particular company, I was able to be immediately pulled from the job and prioritized in being placed in a new role. Within a week, I was back to work. I've been contracting with Robert Half for 4 years now, and the relationships I've developed with my first recruiters have had a very positive impact on me. They know my name, they know my reputation, and they know what my needs and values are. I'm not just a name on a piece of paper to them. I will always recommend this staffing agency.

Cons

The health insurance options are absolute garbage. One is basically just preventive care, and the other is an extremely high deductible plan that honestly is more expensive than just paying cash to your medical providers, depending on your healthcare needs. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Pros

-Good Benefits (health insurance, HSA, transportation, etc). -well known in the staffing industry and in general -good reputation for finding talent quickly for admin and finance job functions -Good technology and toolsets at your disposal -Great camaraderie with other team members -Decent training sessions from upper management throughout the week -Fair compensation (if you manage to stay employed there or don't get burned out)

Cons

-The staffing industry as a whole has gotten hit hard with COVID-19 economic downturn but, RH is probably getting hit the hardest. Almost half the company has been laid off. Morale is at an all-time low. -You'll spend more time planning than making calls or prospecting. It can be very cumbersome. -High turnover. More than half the team you go through orientation with will be gone within 6 months (even prior to COVID from what was told to me). -Favoritism runs rampant (see advice to mgmt) -If you're not in the mindset to put in at least 10 hour days, you will get burned out at Robert Half. -Unrealistic expectations at times

Pros

Team members were nice and sometimes brought bagels, and always had doughnuts on Friday.

Cons

Everything else. Poor leadership Everyone would rather cover their own behind then work together. Finger pointing Hostile enviornment Management is the worst I've ever had and I've been recruiting for 11 years.
