Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Told you will do a number of exciting projects and with top level companies, when in fact you will do mostly administrative tasks, for small companies. STAY AWAY.

Pros

I actually enjoy the job I do and I get lots of experience across multiintegrative platforms. My supervisor is an excellent one - even if she has no power, say or opinion about descisions made in your department

Cons

Honestly I have not met a single employee who has worked here over a year say they enjoy working for RH. There are PLENTY of “settled” professionals here (who stay because they would have a hard time finding another position at their age - which has been said to me by numerous employees. From entry level to director level these people don’t feel heard, cared for, or interested in how they think RH can help them “work happy”. I am NOT a disgruntled employee nor was I wronged or have an ax to grind... I just hate to hear say in and day out how much people hate this place. I am actively seeking other positions and my lead is too... take this as a warming to steer clear f RH.

Pros

I have nothing positive to say about my experience.

Cons

My second day on the job my boss told me to watch my back around an employee on another team like they were going to cut me in the parking lot. Parking was unpaid, had to walk a mile to get to the office Benefits were astronomically expensive for a large organization. I work at a company with less than 100 people and have incredible benefits, fully paid for. They will nickel and dime their staff anytime they get. No breakroom or space to eat lunch Everyone was crammed in one small office space No training unlike I was promised during the interview process Three painful months of the worst work I have ever experienced They do not care about the individuals they recruit, you're just a way to make money Oh yeah, you had to earn your base salary before you received commission. That's just straight garbage. Now that I don't work there anymore, they call my current office to try to earn recruiting order and hang up when I answer the phone. You are all children.
