      Pros

      Found positions for me after being laid off from my previous job.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Sent you to a job and then you never heard from them again, not even to inform you that your assignment was ending.

      Pros

      Good starting pay with experience. Have fun days from time to time with the whole group.

      Cons

      You have to make more money than you salary after a certain time period. Its an individual based system. Not a very team oriented environment. Long hours and very similar to a "call center." Measure every detail of the job meaning they check you dials each day, visits each week, and have to have a set amount of interviews etc.

      Pros

      Fair salary, good teamwork within groups but not necessarily across groups. Good charity support and outreach outside the organization.

      Cons

      Pace of change is slow. Growth in groups seems somewhat stagnant. Many managers across different groups very comfortable with business as usual, not the most exciting environment.
