      Located near public transportation, Room to grow with the right manager(s).

      Cons

      No HR in house (Go to Mgrs. before corporate HR), Low pay, Wear lots of hats not in job description.

      Awful culture and suffocating micro management.

      Pros

      Steady paycheck. I have no other pros, this place was truly awful.

      Cons

      Only thing worse than middle management is upper management. Deceptive practices-you have to cover your salary before you bonus. High, frequent turnover for a reason.

      Uncapped Commission, Helping candidates get positions that they otherwise would not have found, Good internal training.

      Cons

      Heinous Hours, Un-flexible Schedules, Poor upper management - using fear to motivate, Incredible amounts of micro-management, Metrics used to evaluate employees, Extremely-poor bonus structure (using unclarity to deceive current and future employees on the true potential to bonus). The list goes on; avoid working here at all costs - there is high turnover for a reason.
