Pros

Base pay is decent and really great people.

Cons

This job could be enjoyable depending who you work under. Unfortunately, I worked under the worst in the business. Here are the things that don't change... You are worked like a dog. Hours are 8-6 and half the time you are forced to work through lunch and expected to work on your off time. You are judged upon unrealistic metrix and your job is never safe. The turnover rate is incredible. I've seen 10 people quit/fired in less then 6 months.

Pros

Philosophy is great if executed by ALL branch locations and managers. I had intended on retiring from this company until I transferred to another location and was completely shocked and disappointed in how the branch was operated.

Cons

Too many managers who don't support you. They beat you down. No one could/would explain bonus structure. They claim candidates and clients come first but in reality, the dollar comes first. My direct manager would not allow me to submit candidates of certain races to job orders even though they were qualified for the position. The only thing that made this fast-paced job stressful was the management.

Pros

The ability to bonus is uncapped and the potential is there if you work hard for it.

Cons

Do not believe everything they tell you in the interview process. You will not receive a bonus for at least 6 months and thats only if you work hard. And ask to meet everyone in the office first - they usually only have you talk to a few people and usually they are not a good representation of the office. Also ask the real reasons for Turnover - There is always a different story than what is told to you in the interview process. After only 6 months of being there I was working 12 hour days for months without a day off and almost never took a lunch break. It was the norm to eat at your desk to keep working ALWAYS. The company has no appreciation for their employees. They will work you to the bone and when you say you need a break, you are judged and looked down on. The people who actually have tenure - are awful, mean, and conniving. They will walk all over you and even tell you how awful you are. They will fight you on credit even when they don't do anything to earn it. They believe that because they had 1 conversation 2 years ago it is theirs. You will always be in a up-hill battle with them. 1 tenure person even told me - if you having a hard time with the stress just call your doctor and get anti depressants to help you deal with it. WHAT! You have to be medicated if you want to work here longer than 6 months. Also all your personal business is talked about to everyone - no privacy or discretion from management. The training is amazing and you do learn a lot! But at a cost - you are told again and again that it is not enough! You will get called into meeting after meeting after meeting to talk about numbers but not given the time to actually do the job duties because of the meetings. The company likes to put on a big show about working happy. In the branch I was in - not 1 person was happy with the job or their life really. TOXIC work environment and even when you call HR to report illegal activity that happens - NOTHING gets corrected and you are to blame for calling HR. After 2 years and growing the business year over year - I walked in to put in my notice due to health reasons and was told to leave immediately! Never to hear from anyone again - Not even an exit interview. Even after calling the HR line again to report the illegal activity during my exit - still no one calls you back. They do not value anyone and will toss you out like trash. I would never recommend anyone working for this organization as a candidate or as an internal employee. When they say ethics matter - during my time there I have never seen that to be the case. Even when I made ethical choices I was told that was loosing money and not to do it again.
