Weak, weak benefits like no 401k match, high insurance premiums and deductibles, mediocre pay and a dishonest bonus schedule. Take, for instance, the utilization bonus. To get this you have to BILL 480 hours in a quarter. That's 3 straight months with zero days off. Miss a day sick or take a day off and you will not get this bonus unless you make up the billable time (which defeats the purpose of taking a day off). I was told in my interview by my hiring manager "Oh, I always make sure my people get this bonus!" so I considered that as part of the salary I would easily earn there. Nope. Total BS.
Also, if you are going to work here as a hiring manager know that if one of the customers where you've placed a contractor falls behind on paying their bills (or goes bankrupt) they pass that loss of revenue on to you. Yep, if RHT doesn't get paid then they screw you out of the commission earned by doing your job and placing a person. Later when they collect in court do they pay back commissions? Highly doubtful.
Probably a good place to spend a small amount of time if you have zero experience but it is a sweat shop. Currently looking for a new position.
