Pros

RHMR is successful due to their sheer size. Their name recognition yields opportunity with many prospective clients and candidates who unfortunately don't know there are better options out there.

Cons

Having worked at other firms in the senior level contract finance and accounting industry, RHMR ranks by far my worst overall experience due to their transaction-based business model, lack of business ethics, and total focus on clients versus contractors. I lasted less than a year there -- could not stomach the culture management built that breeds mistrust, selfish behavior, infighting, and focuses on "what have you done for me lately". RHMR's reputation among career contractors is that this is a firm where one begrudgingly take a job out of desperation. Thus, RHMR places a lot of first-time contractors which explains their high fall-off rate.

Pros

the company has no debt

Cons

your salary is a draw and if you dont meet the minimum after a few months you are counseled then fired no matter what. 7:30 - 5:30 every day with constant phone sales..they suggest you do training on your lunch break but dont dare take the full hour

Pros

I am a Recruiter here now and I thoroughly enjoy the place. I was cautious when I began working because of the Glassdoor reviews and other online reviews, but I enjoy the people I work with. Everyone here is pretty easy to get along with on a daily basis. The environment is nice and the technology and training is great. Company is great. If you put in the work, money is definitely flowing here.

Cons

The only downsides are unrelated to this specific workplace: the job of a recruiter in a big area like Dallas is tough. The days are long, breaks are non-verbally discouraged, and work often carries over to home. In addition, the nature of the position is stressful because you deal with people, who by their very nature, are unpredictable and often do not get back to you. The market is driven strictly by money which, personally, is not a strong motivator. If that's what you care about though, then you should do well. Work/life balance is mediocre, and the job is not very intrinsically rewarding.
