Pros
- Really in charge of your own success - Can make a lot of money with uncapped commission - They promote fast (but also because there is high turnover) you're better off being a recruiting manager and making a lot of money by performing well than dealing with the issues of being management
Cons
- High turnover - Commission structure. Based on your salary, that is the draw you get taken out every month from your bonus. Terrible when it came to months with 3 pay periods. If you were newer, you received 30% of fee placements you made minus the draw period. - Our fees really aren't that competitive to our clients against the agencies around us - You will work long hours just to be able to properly talk to your clients and candidates. - Benefits are not good at all
